Key Responsibilities of the VP Marketing – Digital Strategy, Brand, and Growth:
Lead the global marketing function, defining and executing a comprehensive strategy for user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels.
Oversee the development and implementation of Fitness22’s brand identity, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience insights.
Drive high-impact, data-driven digital marketing campaigns (including SEO, social media, content, email, paid acquisition, and influencer partnerships).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to optimise growth levers and enhance user journeys.
Champion the use of analytics and performance metrics to measure campaign ROI and inform agile marketing decisions.
Manage and develop a high-performing, diverse marketing team, fostering career growth, creativity, and accountability.
Represent Fitness22 at key industry events, building partnerships and increasing the company’s visibility in the wellness tech sector.
Stay ahead of emerging marketing technology, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to ensure Fitness22 maintains market leadership.
Requirements – Skills & Experience for Success in Marketing Leadership:
10+ years in B2C/mobile marketing, incl. 4+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Demonstrated expertise in growth marketing, brand development, and digital campaign execution at scale.Mastery of multi-channel marketing including SEO, SEM, social, content marketing, CRM, and influencer marketing.
Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Deep understanding of digital metrics, user acquisition funnels, and conversion rate optimisation.
Experience leveraging data and consumer insights to shape marketing activity and achieve ambitious targets.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage cross-functional marketing teams.
Advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with a global perspective.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
