Our Support Team is growing, and We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team and work primarily with our users, providing high-quality support across our fitness mobile apps.
Responsibilities
Handle user inquiries across all support channels
Provide clear, friendly, and effective support to end users
Maintain and update the FAQ and help content
Collect recurring user issues and escalate when needed
Requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
Patient, responsible, and user-focused
Highly organized and reliable
Interest in fitness and mobile apps
Valid work permit or EU passport
Bonus
Previous customer support experience
Familiarity with fitness apps or gym training
This role is mainly user-facing and focused on delivering a great support experience to our users.
