VP Marketing (Growth & Brand)
Fitness22 is scaling its global fitness apps to the next growth stage. We’re looking for a VP Marketing (Growth & Brand) who will own the entire growth engine - from acquisition to retention - and turn strong products into category leaders.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead global marketing strategy and execution with full accountability for growth KPIs. You will combine a performance mindset with brand leadership to scale user acquisition, engagement and retention across multiple markets and channels.
Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end growth funnel across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention, set targets and drive measurable results.
Define and deliver the global brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning, creative direction and storytelling across markets.
Build, test and scale multi-channel paid and organic acquisition programs (including performance marketing, CRM, content, partnerships and influencer activity).
Develop lifecycle and retention programmes to increase user lifetime value and reduce churn.
Partner closely with Product, Data and Engineering to design experiments, prioritise growth opportunities and operationalise learnings.
Own budgeting, forecasting and reporting for marketing, optimise spend for performance and long-term brand equity.
Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary global marketing team, create clear career paths and a strong culture of experimentation.
What we’re looking for
10+ years of experience in B2C or mobile marketing, with a track record of driving growth at scale.
4+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing senior stakeholders across regions.
Demonstrable expertise in growth marketing, brand development and digital campaign execution across paid and organic channels.
Strong analytical mindset, experience with A/B testing, attribution, cohort analysis and data-driven decision making.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms, CRM, analytics and marketing automation tools.
Proven ownership of P&L or marketing budgets and clear evidence of delivering measurable ROI.
Fluent English, experience working across international markets is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, advanced degree desirable but not essential.
